We had a tough situation with a loved one. Dr. Durgam was very professional and direct, yet also patient and caring. This was a good combination for me, as she was confident on the medical part but compassionate on the human side of what we were dealing wirh. I could feel that she sincerely did care very much about the wellbeing of our family member. Dr. Durgam did not rush us into the tough decisions we had to make, rather patiently explained them and gave her opinion when asked and offered to spend more time answering questions on multiple occasions. Her bedside manner and medical knowledge combined with her compassion made me stop to write this review. Thanks to Dr. Durgam.
