I met Dr. Decter in 1993, after having 20 surgeries at Va Hospitals (Boston Ma & Lebanon, Pa) and Eisenhower Med Ctr. The Drs at Lebanon Va made an appt for me with Dr. Decter, for a Mitrofanoff procedure. With Dr. Decters care, he bought me 27 years. I just had a Mitrofanoff procedure performed by Dr. Decter in Oct 2020. I would strongly recommend him
