Dr Gaines always explained my treatment plan in a very detailed manner. He spent more than adequate time with me during each visit. I never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. He was professional and courteous at all times. He even fit my surgery in to his busy schedule at the last minute. I would highly recommend Dr Gaines.
