Dr. Harper has provided excellent care to all three of my children. We met him at the hospital when our oldest son was born almost 10 years ago. He continues to provide outstanding care by listening to our concerns as parents, being timely to appointments, being available for emergencies, and being a consummate professional. We highly recommend him to any parents needing a pediatrician.
