I saw Dr. Orlando for esophageal hypersensitivity when he was in New Orleans at Tulane. He spent a good 90 minutes with me discussing my symptoms, asking questions, and really listening to me. His knowledge and expertise were far and away greater than any gastroenterologist I had been to before. He debunked things other gastro docs had told me, and helped me understand what was (and wasn't) causing my symptoms, which made those symptoms much more manageable. Best doc I've ever been to.
