Talk about first impressions (no pun intended): I got the time wrong and was an hour late! But I was forgiven by the very friendly and efficient staff. I got my x-rays taken (forgive me but I've forgotten the very nice young lady's name) and then I met Dr. Botello who gave me his card to call if I ever had any problems. That has never happened before!!! After the evaluation and pictures I was able to get an appointment for a cleaning the next day (today) by Kaitlyn who is incredible! When she got to my one very sensitive tooth, it was as if it was healthy! It has taken me a while to find a local dental practice that accepts my insurance, but I've hit one out of the park with Dr. Botello and his staff! Thanks to all!
