Dr. Medders was one of the nicest physicians I've ever seen. I was greeted with a friendly smile the second he walked in the room. He was personable and made me feel like I was visiting an old friend. His demeanor immediately put me at ease. He was empathetic and so reassuring that my issue and its resolution could be easily handled. He was apologetic that he had to work without his assistant due to Covid virus safety measures, explaining that the procedure would have taken much less time if had been able to work under normal circumstances. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr. Medders, you are blessed. I know I was!
