St. Luke's ER was slammed Sunday, October 20, 2024. My problem was minor compared to most so the wait was long. Everyone with whom I came into contact that day was nonetheless friendly, polite, professional and helpful in every way. Each person somehow was able to focus fully on my problem when my turn came. Dr. Pritchard paid complete attention to my relatively insignificant problem, absorbed everything I was trying to convey, and provided me with a plan with which I completely agreed. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.
