I was referred to Dr. Henchey by my PCP for a sudden and unexpected problem we are trying to diagnose. Admittedly, after reading the reviews before actually seeing Dr. Henchey, I was a bit apprehensive, and honestly - she was great: Kind, straightforward and direct while asking the kind of probing questions needed to help us figure out what is happening and where to begin treatments/testing - and she was reassuring.Because I needed a witness to accompany me to the office visit to actually describe what happened to me, Dr. Henchey did a fantastic job of leading a very difficult conversation to get a thorough description of the incident - again, pointed and direct (which may appear rude to some); but as someone who is desperately seeking answers to what happened to them, I could not have asked for anything more on that day.
