I would like to commend Dr. Ruth Chan. My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Chan for several years. She is an outstanding Physician, she listens closely to concerns, she takes pertinent clinical histories, she makes sure to answer all your questions, while also being compassionate, caring, and highly professional. She always makes the patient feel they are her main focus. When we have needed to see another specialist for further follow-up she has assisted in arranging that. Dr. Chan is so extremely patient focused she even ties her bloodwork requests with our other physicians so we only have to make one trip to the lab and only get stuck once. My wife and I both have worked in Medical Fields for over 50 years and Dr. Chan could teach Medical Students how to have a Patient Focused Clinical Practice.
