Dr Borne is a very kind and thoughtful doctor with an amazing talent for connecting the dots. He figured out I had infective endocarditis during a routine appointment about my AFib. He consistently followed up with how I was doing throughout my long hospital stay. I ended up needing open heart surgery to replace my valve that the infection had damaged. Infective endocarditis without treatment is always fatal, which is why I know he saved my life. He is such a great doctor and caring individual!
