Dr. Hatchell has exceeded beyond all expectations, and even further. If you are looking for a doctor who will do what is needed to find an answer; to listen, to offer solutions, to take time with you, even call you on the weekend, and treat you like family, this is your guy. He has never been dismissive about the chronic unexplained symptoms. He wants to find an answer WITH you, and explains the medical information in an easy way to understand. Had suggestions that several other doctors didn't even think of. Because of him, we have an answer, and my daughter continues to get better! My 12 year old absolutely loves him, and she has not liked any other pediatrician before. He's a rare find. Dr. Hatchell. Thank you.
