Patient Reviews

I have not had the privilege of an appointment yet. I tried. I have a referral from my cardiologist due to a concern I had a TIA. With an upcoming surgery middle of September up north, it is important to cover all my bases now. However, Dr. Crooks has no availability until next year, and he is the one who sees patients for TIA concerns in this practice. It is unfortunate that something as serious as a potential stroke isn't worked in to address it while it's a current concern.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
