I have had several visits now with Dr. Otsuka and had an excellent experience every single time. He has a wonderful bedside manner and always spends time listening to my concerns and making sure every question I have is answered. He’s very knowledgeable, gentle, kind and patient - which is a refreshing and rare find nowadays. I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Otsuka if you are looking for an ophthalmologist for yourself or your loved ones!
