Dr. Gallivan is clearly a very smart and capable doctor. Yes, the appointment was very brief and he is a bit abrupt, but he asked the necessary questions, was clearly well read in terms of my chart and allowed me time to speak and respond. I am not going to the doctor to make a new friend or to have a long chat. I want to see someone who is an expert in their field, it is clear that Dr. Gallivan is, and I want to get in and out as quickly and painlessly as possible. While I hope I don't need ENT care again in the future, if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to see Dr. Gallivan again.
