Dr. Shock does amazing work (had a foot surgery, ankle surgery and multiple sprains). I have been seeing him for as long as I can remember and he is always honest with me and works within my limitations. Dr. Shock does have an odd sense of humor but that is what I love about him, he will joke when it is not serious but puts on a straight face if something is wrong. That is how he runs his office too, it can seem chaotic but it is actually controlled chaos. I did have some insurance issues but the staff was great helping me out and not forcing me to pay an outstanding bill because they knew we were working with insurance (I have had offices threaten collections even though they knew insurance will pay). I would give the following advice, if you have questions or are confused ask him!!! He will sit down and explain and if you are lucky draw a horrible diagram (he does not have an art degree) which will show you what he is explaining. I recommend him to everyone.
