Patient Reviews
Feb 22, 2025
The moment I was referred to OSHU for hip replacement, Dr. Kagan was positive and willing that I could have the surgery. I was not like a regular hip replacement, I had some abnormal issues where hip joint was and my leg was 2 inches shorter on one leg. My surgery lasted longer. He was proud of his work and so am I. Did not walk for 6 years until I met Dr. Schrank and Dr. Kagan. All other surgeons kept delaying me. I met with them and 6 months later, I had surgery. I can walk again. No pain, and corrected the length of my leg too. And he was so busy, and always had a smile on his face and listened to me. No rush. I received answers to all my questions. He knows what he is doing. Thank you so much. Patti

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
