I went to him in Dec 2019 , I was losing use of my hands, couldn’t bend my arms without losing feeling in them, or hold my head up by the end of the day, creating a tremendous amount of pain in my back, arms and legs, I was told by another doctor “lots of people have necks like yours and don’t have all those problems “- that doctor suggested I go to pain management & likely had fibromyalgia- told me that I could find someone to do surgery but it likely wouldn’t help. I am a military veteran & I suffered more than 20 years with issues & left there broken hearted , feeling like my life was pretty much over. I decided to get a second opinion and went to see Dr. D’Agustino who listened & did the surgery- afterwards it took me about a year to recover & now 4 years later I am pain free, able to use my arms -resumed an active lifestyle I lost due to the awful pain I was in. After using nsaids, muscle relaxers for nearly 20 years and multiple pain injections- I am COMPLETELY pain medicine FREE , including nsaids. I can sleep all night instead of waking up every hour or so, I can bend my arms without losing feeling in them. My neck issues and pain were so bad I didn’t even realize I had a nearly complete rotator tear in my shoulder until I was doing much better from my neck surgery & got it checked on just in case. Since my fusion and shoulder surgeries, I’m able to get into a better physical condition and take care of my health. Thanks to Dr. Sabino D’Agostino I have gotten the life I wanted back, I can hike, swim & play with my grandkids, travel long distances , sew and craft, ride our motorcycle with my spouse and do so many things I wasn’t able to before ( like even cut my own food). I have gained my life back. I am so grateful for him and his practice.
