Dr. Drexel performed robotic assisted surgery on my inguinal hernia, and everything went exceedingly well. In the initial consultation, she took time to thoroughly discuss all aspects of the surgery, explain what could go wrong, present the pros and cons of having it, and answer all my questions. We talked again before the surgery and at a follow-up visit. As I get older and have more contact with health care providers, my admiration soars, not only for their skills, but for their caring and kindness despite their heavy responsibilities and busy schedules. My experience with Dr. Drexel and her team confirmed that feeling. I was aware of the high regard Dr. Drexel has in her field, but what surprised me is how she made me feel like I was her only patient and all her attention was on me. I couldn’t have been in better hands.
