As a new patient with uncontrolled diabetes I was very impressed. Dr. Huq reviewed my medical history, medications, recent labs, pointed out things no one ever had and made recommendations. When an issue came up with my insurance provider she personally called me and offered to work with me since I want to continue seeing her. I like the fact that Dr. Huq has weekly office hours, sees patients on Saturdays by appt., is conveniently located (bus, train or car), and is affiliated with NY Presbyterian as are my PCP and cardiologist.
