Dr Sardana is one of the best psychiatrists and therapists you’ll ever work with. She’s empathetic, non-judgmental and has a magical way of creating a safe space for her patients. Dr Sardana asks the right questions and steers the session in such a way that you always have a productive time and make progress together. Plus, she's generous with time to give you ample space to leave feeling peaceful and never agitated. I will forever be grateful for her kindness, compassion and excellent work. I highly recommend her to anyone unsure of navigating the waters in career, life or relationships.
