His ability to make my wife feel at easy during an emergency double by pass surgery. He created an atmosphere of calm and competent skills that ameliorated any anxiety. His skills as a surgeon are validated by my recovery time and limited use if narcotics, I will always be grateful to him and his supporting staff.
