I am a Mayo Clinic patient and see Dr. Kona locally. I have experienced the absolute best care available at Mayo and Dr. Kona is right there with them. Takes the necessary time. Never in a rush. Prior to Mayo I never knew what great care was all about and had seen several other doctors that were at best, sub-par in my experience. Ironically after Mayo my wife was recommenced to Dr. Kona by a friend. She saw the Doc and insisted that I see her as well. She felt that her experience with Dr. Kona was just the best. Let me add that my wife is also a Mayo Clinic Patient. It was the best life decision that we had ever made. Emergency same day appointments, after hours telephone number that is answered.
