My Houston Methodist family doctor retired and recommended Dr. Askandar. So glad he did because Dr. Askandar was great during my initial visit. For a lingering allergy issue I've been having, I scheduled a same day clinic visit at the Pearland location via the Houston Methodist website (btw, the site was very easy and intuitive to navigate via my phone). Upon seeing my name in system, Dr. Askandar reached out directly (that's right, he called me directly) and said if he could combine my SDC visit with another visit I would have with him for the following week. How's that for efficiency? Check in was breeze, and the staff couldn't be any friendlier. Dr. Askandar pre-read my history and asked probing questions that helped him look for potential underlying issues. He listened with empathy and never come across judging with his recommendations. My time with Dr. Askandar was never rushed. Every one of my concerns were answered in a caring fashion. I highly recommend Dr. Askandar.
