How likely are you to recommend Dr. Baah?
Hi I've embraced my middle name so I go by Barbara Ann I'd like to tell you about Dr.Baah. I'm a hot mess to most of my medical team. But my team are the best that's why I see this particular doctor along with her office and staff members. Each one goes above and beyond my own expectations as customer care as far as seeing me as a patient common courtesy on the phone as well as all the way around my pulmonologist. And I have seen plenty in the past 25 years of my life. But for the very first time I can actually say she is making a difference in my pulmonary care. When I first came to her I wheezed and coughed my head off sometimes wondering if she even understood some of the things I was saying to her but yes she did she listens along with giving me answers to my question she doesn't rush me out of the office I'm her patient she cares about me so much that I had to go to the hospital due to my blood pressure. If it wasn't for her I don't believe I would be here today. On the regiment that I am on but we are finally at a standstill of almost perfection doesn't mean it's cured I still have my asthma my COPD my chronic bronchitis but it's not an each from one end to the next I can actually breathe I can actually have somewhat of a life again going Outdoors now mind you I'm still on my oxygen that is at night if it wasn't for her being the doctor that she is we would not have come this far so I always praise the doctors that go above and beyond and their staff like I said amazing. I wish this was a 10 star rating because that's what they deserve even if there's a problem it is corrected and it's entirety not just halfway done there are sorries and apologies that mean something we all can't always be on time but we can also give Grace to those that take the time for us do you want a pulmonologist that cares that wants you to be able to breathe that wants to make a difference in your life then go to this office go see this doctor see the staff that's working so hard to keep that whole team work going because I am blown away by the customer service let alone the customer care just being a patient. We have went through different medications to where I'm not on 10 or 11 breathing meds. We are actually down to five including the nebulizer and of course the oxygen. All because of her. I would send anyone I know to her establishment without a worry or a care that they would be disappointed in any sense of fashion when you want the best and need the best well here you go I'm telling you who the best is. That is Dr.Baah and her staff. I'm not saying anything bad about the other people that I saw before but nobody has touched me and corrected where I can breathe a little easier all of my life until I saw her I want to thank you personally that's why I'm putting this out here for everybody to see and read that there are doctors that care about the patient and not about that Mighty Dollar if she's running a few minutes late she apologized if I'm running a few minutes late she understands because unfortunately I'm like a little Pooh bear that wears a dark cloudy sky above me and she understands I don't have to give an excuse she knows when I come in there if I'm late I'm telling the truth. You don't have to worry that you're going to get the runaround because she is straight up just like the people that is in her staff. I have the best pulmonologist in the state of Kentucky. Along with her team. A lot of people take their frustrations out on doctors because of their health well maybe sometimes it's our fault for not listening to the doctors or following up to the fullest. I've had my fair share I'm not perfect nor has anybody that I've met that is. But this office and this doctor has gone above and beyond I've ever expected to be part of my team on getting me to a better place in my life with my health concerns and my lungs and my breathing. She didn't have to send me to the hospital due to my low blood pressure I've gone into plenty of places with low blood pressure and no one sent me to the hospital but Dr baahl did . It saved my life it wasn't a pulmonary problem at that time but she still was a part of making a difference in my life like I said I've been to plenty of doctors that have just said well you got low blood pressure today okay we'll see you later not her she cares about the patience so she takes a little bit longer than normal sometimes for your expectations know that she's making life changing results she did for me and let me tell you like I said I'm a hot mess it isn't always that great with me medically I have my ups and downs a lot of downs but it's manageable because of her. And I can't tell you how long it's been unmanageable I never have to worry about calling in a prescription because I know that they are on it so if you want somebody that's dedicated that you're going to show up for your appointments like I said with some excuses that are correct to call in but for the most part she is dedicated to her field and to her patience I could not ask for a better doctor let alone team when I go in they know who I am they're there to assist me in any medical way possible write down the holding the door open for me. So tell them that Barbara Ann sent you. And just thank you to the staff and to the doctor for taking time to let me be your patient and taking care of me.
