Bedside manner was four out of five. And all other ways she is five out of five. I don’t place congeniality ahead of other things. It needs to be reasonable, but what’s the most important is the expertise and communication from a specialist. I had time to ask questions for my husband’s procedure. She did an incredible job. I am an acute care nurse of 42 years experience in three hospitals.
