From the moment you open the door, everyone is pleasant, no backup, organized, they tell you in detail what is going to happen, constantly ask if you are comfortable. I like that the hygienist has your chart up on her computer and looks at what you had last time, etc. And the front office noticed I was out of sync with my health insurance and explained resetting my scheduled date would put me back in sync so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket! Now THAT is service!
