Dr. Softic has been amazing throughout our journey in the world of pediatric GI. His bedside both with parents and our little one has been a breath of fresh air- he takes time to interact with our son, but also explain things clearly to us. He has returned my calls or responded to emails on holidays, weekends, late nights and early mornings. He truly cares about his patients and their families, is willing to work with other medical professionals for a team approach, and has been one of the most attentive doctors we've interacted with.
