Patient Reviews

I have multiple problems with my back. The one that was debilitating me was severe articular joint arthritis. I am 69 years old and could barely walk because of the pain. Dr. Polk injected my arthritic joints with steroids 3 months ago and i was 85% better. He did a seond injection today and I am pain free for the first time in a year . He is also a nice and caring physician.
