Dr Lance repaired my daughter's split earlobes. We had an initial consultation and he was extremely helpful in answering all the questions we had. He walked her through the process and made sure she was comfortable during the surgery. She got through it with little to no discomfort. He gave us instructions on how to ensure no lumps and significant scaring and we had several follow up visits. On the final visit, he asked if she was ready to get her ears pierced again which she wasn't expecting and was truly beaming when it was done. Dr Lance is a great doctor who went above and beyond every step of the way.
