I am a complex person with numerous difficulties. Dr. Dempsey gave me her full attention, listening to my entire story, including the uncomfortable and ugly parts, and demonstrated remarkable compassion, a quality that is becoming increasingly rare. She seeks to identify the root causes of my problems rather than merely treating the symptoms. She gave me hope!
