He’ll Cure What Ails You! What more could you want? When I first showed up at his office, I was some sight to behold! I could not complete any of the breathing tests. That said, that’s the past! Today, my 02 level is 99%. I’m not tied to an O2 tank. I can walk without a problem and most of all, enjoy life again. Please note that the contact information given here is out dated. Dr Ratner is with NYU Lagone.
