Dr. Sanjiv Patel, MD, seems to know his stuff and is a good doctor. I've seen him several times ... however... I'm deaf/hard of hearing with a cochlear implant and I struggle with understanding speech spoken to me. Dr. Patel is one. I have a very hard time understanding what he is saying to me because he wears a mask. I've asked him to pull his mask down so I can see his mouth and whole face so I know what he's saying. Actually, understanding most people is common for me. Dr. Patel REFUSES to move his mask down so I can understand what he is saying better. A doctor, ESPECIALLY, should be well aware of the ADA / Americans with Disabilities Act, yet he does not abide to ADA. My RIGHTS have been VIOLATED, and I will not see him again.
