I came to Dr. Scheid after leaving another doctor for failing to refill a very important specialty medication in a timely manner. I had only a week's worth of my medication left and there are a lot of requirements to refill this complicated medication. I was sure I would run out and was worried about coping for weeks or months without it. When I contacted the office for an appointment explaining the urgency of my situation, they worked to get me in for an appointment in just 2 days! On top of that, Dr. Scheid and her staff worked very hard to fulfill all of the requirements to get my medication refilled, and I didn't run out for even one day! I can't say enough about this doctor and her entire staff, they are all so caring and hard working. I will be a patient here for life now, never letting go of such a great doctor!
