I can't recommend Dr. Sara Downs enough. My long time PCP retired and I was so sad about having to find someone new, but all fears are gone now because I think Dr. Downs is even better. I recently called with a health scare and her staff made an appt for me in a few days, when I asked if they could get me in sooner they later called back and said Dr Downs would come in early just to make time for me and she did! Not only did she see me asap, she was so thorough, calmed my nerves, consulted with specialists for the best possible care and even saved me $$$$ by offering me samples of the pricey drug I needed. Oh and did I mention she called me back herself to go over everything. I am blown away and so very grateful for the level of care and service I have received from Dr Downs and her staff. Thank you so much!
