Dr. Burgardt is very professional and knowledgeable, although I expect that. She invites questions, answers all of my questions and confirms my understanding. In my experience, the latter is rare. She is thorough and takes time to explain her instructions. I never feel rushed. That's really rare. Dr. Burgardt is special.
