This was my first visit with Dr. Neitzel and as a new patient, it took about a month to get an appointment. Based on her reviews, I decided that she was worth the wait. I found the office staff to be friendly and polite. Dr. Neitzel was on time for my appointment (no delays), and she was also very friendly and personable. Dr. Neitzel was very thorough in questioning me about my symptoms and understanding what my concerns were. I was experiencing some pain just above my left ankle and Dr. Neitzel determined that this was due to a muscle strain. Dr. Neitzel described the muscles in that part of my leg and instructed me on how to care for the injury. I was also experiencing a lot of pain on the bottom of my right foot near the little toe. Dr. Neitzel determined that the pain was due to a clogged sweat gland. She exlained the condition to me and was able to eliminate the clog within a few minutes. The procedure was not very painful at all and I felt no more pain in my right foot.
