Even in a hectic Emergency Room: Attentive, focused, Informative, supportive. I felt as if I was in very good hands. I have been in Emergency a few other times and have experienced doctors who could not be present, as if their mind was already on to other things while they were talking to me. So important to get a doctor like Sarah who is not only expert but has a gift of being able to table the other things and be present, to listen, and to explain everything comprehensively.
