I like the approach Dr Coleman takes by listening to the issue, asking questions, and explaining options. She has been treating me for trigger finger and bursitis. We always try the least invasive approach with the knowledge that there are other options on the table if we wish to go that far. I appreciate her thoughtfulness in that regard.
