We are elderly, in our eighties, and don’t drive in poor weather. Many drs charge for a last minute reschedule, but when I called to try to reschedule our mid-morning appointments due to heavy rain, the staff was pleasant, helpful, and found us another date. Staff usually reflect the employer’s attitude. We will continue to see Dr. Goff for our dermatology needs.
