I started seeing Sarah several years ago when I was in a bad place mentally and feeling depressed like I had never felt before. She is extremely professional and always made me feel comfortable being myself and sharing my personal experiences while understanding my privacy. I always looked forward to my sessions with Sarah and knew she'd be there if and when I needed her again. On that note, I started seeing Sarah again last week! I felt the depression creeping back and immediately felt a sense of relief after I reconnected with her and booked my first appointment. Sarah has helped me with my anxiety, depression, addictive habits, personal relationships, and more. Super thankful my EAP led me to her!
