My infant son was referred to Dr. B and the pediatric surgery team for a reoccurring abscess. Despite the course of treatment being more difficult and tricky than originally expected, Dr. B and his team remained diligent and went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel heard and taken care when it came to our son's medical needs. For my son's first surgery, Dr. B came in to perform it even though he was not the pediatric surgeon on call that day, and after his last surgery, Dr. B responded to any and all emails I sent with questions and concerns until the 2 week follow up appointment. I cannot thank Dr. B and his team enough. They are beyond professional and really go above and beyond to make their patients feel at ease and well informed during a time in our son's life that was simply put-scary.
