Dr. Heatley is a very personable & caring doctor. He came in right away with concern in his face & directly addressed the concern. He didn't seem scary about it at all either. He's human & his demeanor he gives off is he cares & is there to help. I wish every time I have to see an urgent care doctor, I could get someone exactly like him every time. Very sweet guy.
