Dr Harter is the best ER Doctor I have ever had. because of my chronic illnesses I see him often in the ER. I always ask for him. he is able to give me trigger point injections for my occipital neuralgia. he is also very caring and he listens. does not rush to treat you and rush to leave. 110 % recommended.
