From the moment I walked into his office the staff was welcoming and professional, making the checkin process smooth and efficient.Dr. Richard took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions in a clear and compassionate manner. He has a wonderful bedside manner, making me feel comfortable and understood. He thoroughness in examining my symptoms and his thoughtful approach to treatment gave me confidence that I was in good hands.What I appreciated most was his willingness to involve me in the decision-making process regarding my surgery. He provided various options and explained the benefits and risks of each, allowing me to make informed choices about my health.Dr Richard exemplifies what it means to be caring and skilled Gynecologist.
