I've always found Dr. Clemens to be patient, kind, and offering great medical advice. He takes the time to explain things in terms anyone can understand. When he switched over to concierge service I thought it a great idea since it's so hard in Denver to find someone who is skilled and can see you on short notice. I beyond happy with this service, and to my pleasant surprise I discovered he was available by phone for emergency calls after hours. I thought I broke my toe on a Saturday evening and didn't know if I should go to the emergency room or not. I called Dr. Clemens main line and it went directly to his cell. He answered and walked me through some very sound treatment advice and (if needed) where to go for weekend follow-up. You just can't find this kind of service anymore and I'm truly happy to give him my highest possible recommendation.
