One year after my previous review - that had only words of praise for Dr. Shapiro - and observations about difficult scheduling, things have changed for the better. Dr. Shapiro's professional approach and his passion for his patients' wellbeing is as evident as always and the efficiency of the office has greatly improved. Thank you Dr. I could not and would not recommend any other doctor more gratefully.
