Dr. Fowler delivered my first child in 2007. He is the most AMAZING doctor I have ever had treat me and I have lived in 3 different starts so I have plenty of doctors to compare him to. I was more than difficult during my first pregnancy and he was with me every step of the way. I honestly believe if it was not for him I wouldn't of made it through the whole ordeal. Anyone in the Kingsport area should go to him if possible you will not regret it. He is more than a 5 star doctor.
