I have been a patient of Dr. Crawford for 20 years, however, when I called to make my annual appointment, I was told by that he was no longer at that practice, and that I could see one of their other doctors. They would provide no information on how to reach Dr. Crawford or even if he was still in practice. I would drive over 40 miles for my appointments because I loved Dr. Crawford. For this practice to provide no information is totally absurd and unethical!
