Dr. Persing is an excellent Psychiatrist. He has extensive experience in internal medicine and psychiatry. Dr. Persing is extremely thorough and takes the time to explore a patients history and past treatments that may or may not have worked. He is very easy to talk with and takes whatever time is necessary to help his patients. He is probably the finest psychiatrist I have seen over the past 40 years.
